Kelly Moore & Emerald Dreams 
Music For Mankind®

Kelly Moore & Emerald Dreams are performing concerts to benefit humanity in its darkest hours.

Proceeds of the concerts will be contributed to the United Nations World Food Program (WFP) and other organizations nationally and internationally dedicated to providing humanitarian relief in major disaster areas including war zones, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and famines. Initiatives of these and local organizations provide food, clothing, shelter, medical aid, job training, job placement, as well as other initiatives.

With two highly acclaimed CDs under his belt, Guitarist, Composer, Singer Kelly Moore and his ensemble Emerald Dreams, are captivating audiences with a musical blend of Celtic, folk, classical and jazz influences. This unique and acclaimed sextet performs lush harmonies and beautiful instrumentals with violin, flute, piccolo, guitars, bass, percussion and three vocalists. With a warm and humorous stage presence, Kelly Moore & Emerald Dreams delight audiences wherever they go.

Jane Gilbert of the Vermont Symphony Orchestra called Mr. Moore, “a truly talented musician and singer!” He has performed with such notables as Roy Acuff, Minnie Pearl, Pete Seegar, and Elisabeth Von Trapp, and was a studio musician in Nashville for 15 years.

The touring members of Mr. Moore's ensemble, Emerald Dreams are all classically trained musicians.

Violinist Heather Sommerlad, originally from El Paso, Texas, has performed with the Gilbert and Sullivan Theatre in El Paso; performed as second flutist for the El Paso Symphony and also performed with the Sage City Symphony in Bennington, Vermont. She lives in New York City where she teaches violin when not touring.

Flutist Rebecca Shepard is Principal Flutist for the Sage City Symphony and also performs with the Bennington Woodwind Quintet. She is Director and Conductor for several local area bands as well, and teaches flute at Bennington College.

Bassist Robert Zimmerman has performed on and off-Broadway in such hits as A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum and Oliver. He performs with the Albany Symphony, The Syracuse Symphony, The Schenectady Symphony, The Vermont Symphony and the Berkshire Symphony. He holds a Doctorate of Music from Eastman School of Music, and is on the faculty of Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.

Vocalist and percussionist Lindsay Dyett performed as Maria in the European tour of “West Side Story”, has toured with Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Cats", the Mantovani Orchestra, and has performed with Stacy Keach in "The King and I", and with Carol Channing's tour of "Hello Dolly". She received the Lily Stoates Award in Orlando, Florida for her performance of Eliza Doolittle in "My Fair Lady", and performed as Christine in Ft. Worth's production of "Phantom of the Opera".

Scottish vocalist and percussionist Anne D’Olivo has given numerous solo and chamber recitals as well as performing with choruses and orchestras in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Hull, Scotland, including the Scottish National Orchestra Chorus, and the University of Hull Gilbert and Sullivan Society of Hull, Scotland.

In the US, Ms. D’Olivo has performed with the Great Lake Opera in Milwaukee, Wisconsin; the Oconomowoc Summer Theatre in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin; the Weston Playhouse in Weston, Vermont and the Dorset Theatre in Dorset, Vermont, and Main Arts in Saxtons River, Vermont.

She has performed as percussionist with the Hull Philharmonic, the Edinburgh Grand Opera, the Kent Youth Orchestra (performing at the Royal Festival Hall in London), the Lydian Youth Orchestra, and in the US has performed extensively with the Opera Theatre of Weston in Weston, Vermont.
